AOP Touraine Sauvignon : cuvée « Les Bournais »
Grape variety : 100% Sauvignon
Winemaking : the grapes are picked at their most mature and at low temperature. We use skin contact maceration for the most beautiful grapes to extract more flavors and to give richness to the wine. We use pneumatic pressing and racking of the must before alcoholic fermentation, with temperatures between 16 and 18 °C. After fermentation, we age the wine on fine lees with regular stirring.
Tasting : A fruity, mineral white wine. The nose is complex and immediate with citrus, exotic fruit and white flower aromas. It is fresh, crisp, long and well balanced on the palate.
Tasting advice : To be drunk young, cool (10°C) and in good company : oysters, shellfish, fish dishes, goat cheese, asparagus or as an aperitif.
