AOP Touraine Gamay : cuvée « Le Petit Clos »

Grape variety : 100 % Gamay

Winemaking : Initially put into concrete vats, maceration from 5 to 7 days with daily pumping over to extract aromas and colour. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at 22°C.

Tasting : A light, fruity red wine. The nose expresses red fruit aromas and it is supple and easy to drink.

Tasting advice : To be drunk young and cool (12°C) with white meat, grilled meat or delicatessen cuts.
